The biggest issue they were experiencing came from the escalation process. There were many delays and it was difficult to trace back who was accountable for what once alerts were sent out. Not only did this get confusing, but it was also a huge waste of valuable time.

After trying out a few other products on the market and realizing relatively quickly that they were not a good fit, Scott came across the Ayehu platform while conducting a web search and decided to give it a try.
