The Ayehu Story
We were founded in 2007 with the vision of liberating IT staff from routine, repetitive operational tasks through quick and simple automation, using bots.
13 years later, our software robots have matured and we are proud to say, that they are quite intelligent now.
How it all started...
Picture this. It’s 2am when your major mission-critical application suddenly goes down. You're fast asleep, and instead of someone waking you up and calling you in, an intelligent software robot is taking care of everything on your behalf.
Back in 1998, this was a dream of our founders, Gabby Nizri and Yaron Levy. As then-managers of a 24/7 operations center, the two friends dealt with these 2am calls almost every night. They soon began noticing that the vast majority of these escalations were so routine and repetitive, a robot could handle them to put out fires. The lightbulb came on and hence, the concept of Ayehu was born.
Today, thanks to this epiphany, hundreds of enterprises across the globe are leveraging IT process automation to streamline operations, reduce human errors, maximize uptime, deliver better SLAs and cut costs.
Most importantly, those 2am calls have become a thing of the past for countless IT managers. And to Gabby and Yaron, that just might be the most rewarding accomplishment of all.
Ayehu leadership team
An official member of Forbes Technology Council. With nearly 20 years’ experience in technology innovation, Gabby is the driving force behind Ayehu. His multidisciplinary background in product engineering, sales and professional services brings together key elements necessary to deliver the company’s IT process automation solution that has proven to be a force multiplier for businesses facing operational IT and cyber security challenges. Since co-founding the company, Gabby has advanced his thought leadership in IT automation and been dedicated to setting the company on a path to strong growth and validation. The Ayehu platform continues to earn accolades from customers, partners and industry experts including Gartner, Red Herring and Deloitte. Prior to founding Ayehu, Gabby held various operational and management positions at successful Israeli technology enterprises including Infogate Online Ltd, Webmaster and Walla Communications Ltd.
Yaron leads the development of Ayehu products and is also responsible for all product design and management activities. Before co-founding Ayehu, Yaron played key roles in the planning, implementation and administration of complex systems for IT companies such as Infogate Online Ltd, and CheckPoint Software Technologies.
Daniel oversees all finance functions of Ayehu worldwide. His responsibilities include directing the company's accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A and business finance activities. Daniel joined Ayehu in 2016 as a controller and was instrumental throughout Ayehu's progress of recent years. Prior to joining Ayehu, Daniel served as a CPA at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Israel.
Taly brings more than 20 years of experience leading business development, partnerships and sales organizations. A strong believer in growth through building trusted relationships with strategic partners, she has successfully led comprehensive go to market initiatives with both Fortune 500 companies and startups. Prior to joining Ayehu, Taly was Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Uptima where she led the company’s 100% year-over-year growth for 3 consecutive years. Taly was Israel’s Windsurfing Champion as well as a World Windsurfing Championship bronze medalist. She brings to her work the passion, energy and discipline of an accomplished athlete.
Peter manages all technical aspects of pre-sales to post sales through leading the sales engineering, professional services and support departments. He brings over 12 years of experience of automation and implementing ITIL practices. From working in a NOC and ESM role at Dow Chemical (formerly Rohm & Haas) to leading professional services at OnSolve (formerly MIR3 Inc). Peter brings a vast knowledge of third party systems and implementations leveraging APIs.
Ed heads Ayehu's North American sales organization and is responsible for executing the company's sales strategy, expanding Ayehu's customer base and continuing growing the existing one.
Ed brings over 25 years of sales and sales management experience having led regional as well as national sales teams for a number of start-up organizations in the embedded systems market as well as in the IT Enterprise space. Most recently coming from IBM Ed served in several Sales Leadership roles both in the U.S. and in Latin America, where he was responsible for driving large Enterprise solutions.
