Description:
Ayehu Inc. is seeking for Sales Engineer to join its team. As a teammate, you will build sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers’ personnel at all levels. You will have an opportunity to work with technical team as well with business people provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Responsibilities
Customer Sales / Consulting Engagements:
• Assessment of Customer Needs – Collaborate with Sales, Operational and Technical personnel to understand and define customer business needs, determine how these can best be addressed, assess the resources needed, time to implement and associated costs.
• Estimation – Drive process for evaluating and estimating effort required to execute the defined scope for customer support and Sales related activities
• Customer Guidance – Oversee customer requirements gathering phase to raise alternatives and considerations for customer to evaluate as requirements are being gathered; identify potential downstream concerns and options for mitigating those risks.
Business Resource Management:
• Resource Planning / Prioritization – Work closely with sales & product management to manage demand and resources for product demonstrations, consulting, implementations and customer support related projects.
• Identify potential issues / risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate areas of concern. Manage resource assignments to ensure both existing and planned project needs can be achieved.
• Professional Training & Development – Identify training needs and develop programs to address them, provide the training needed to internal & external teams.
Execute Against Defined Strategic Process Improvements:
• Identify, Define and Execute – Assess, on an ongoing basis, critical process improvement opportunities surrounding topics such as: scope definition, estimation, elicitation and finalization of requirements, customer training and internal operation.
Implementations & Project Oversight:
• End to End project delivery – Plan, Design and Implement company product, design architecture, scope of work, estimate timeline and costs.
• Oversight on Large Implementation Projects – Participate in and provide oversight throughout the life of the implementation engagements; assess planned vs. actual progress; maintain / provide holistic view of engagement dependencies and risks and facilitate remediation activities as needed.
Customer Support Unique Needs:
• Manage / Define unique requests – For varying types of requests, clarify need and define scope / approach to provide expected results; lead other team members in defining the deliverable(s), aggregating information and develop estimates, and ensure high quality deliverables
Requirements (Must Have)
Must have experience as a Pre Sales Engineer
• Experience leading technical demonstrations in person and remotely via a screen sharing application
• building demo environment and use cases
• reviewing RFI/RFPs and preparing SOWs
• Must have experience with one or more the following tools/applications:
• IT Service Management
• Monitoring Tools
• OS (Windows,Linux/Unix)
• Must have hands on experience with APIs (Web Services, Database, CMD)
• Basic understanding of cloud computing architecture and practices.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

• In an individual contributor role you will target, open and close new logos in an expansive territory
• Present and demonstrate Ayehu’s IT automation solution to IT Service Desk, IT Operation Desk, SOC and NOC managers and directors as well as LOB heads relying on IT services
• Manage large enterprise deals from initial call to close
• Build and manage large pipeline of business
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of successful software field selling experience into the IT Enterprise space
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
• Hunter – appetite for opening and closing new accounts
• Experience managing 4 to 8 months sales cycles
• Proven ability to close six-figure ARR contracts
• Understanding of SaaS as well as on-premise software solutions
• Partner with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to create new opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

We are seeking a talented Senior Automation Engineer to join our sales/professional services force. As part of your role, you will lead a team of Sales and Professional Services engineers covering pre-sales to post sales duties. Requirements (Must Have)
