Job description

As Ayehu Inc. Sales Executive, you will be marketing and selling Ayehu’ products and solutions to prospective directly to clients or through our partners. You will be responsible for tracking and following up on qualified sales leads. As Sales Executive, you will be in the lead communicating with new and existing leads, opportunities and partners to understand the needs & challenges through a series of qualification questions understanding their pain points and finding the right solution for them. You will be in charge of new business acquisition and will work closely with our Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Engineers that will help you during the entire sale cycle. You will proactively call existing and new leads; continually pushing opportunities down the pipeline, build qualified leads till successful deal closing. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building solid pipeline with future sales opportunities
  • Identify decision makers in order to advance the sales process
  • Work closely and support our partner channels: provide pricing, quotes, license keys, follow-up activities
  • Expand Ayehu database of leads and prospects
  • Proactively approach prospective customers and leads to generate new sales opportunities
  • Organize and set up online demonstrations (together with the Sales Engineer)
  • Prepare reports regarding calls, opportunities, and leads for yourself and the rest of the Sales Team
  • Attend industry conferences to develop your expertise and to build our network

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • Expert with Salesforce is a must!
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent track record managing and closing New Business; a real hunter!
  • Proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to multi-task your activities and responsibilities with shifting priorities
  • Should be honest, assertive and systematic
  • Work effectively as a team to effectively grow your business
  • Experience working with Channel Partners, Resellers, System Integrators etc…

Education and Qualifications

  • Language : English is mandatory, all other languages are preferred
  • Sales Executive skills – a true hunter
  • Sales experience (preference within the IT industry)
  • Outbound calling / cold calling experience
  • Solid Education
