Ayehu Recognized by Industry Analysts for its Innovative IT Process Automation Platform

As one of the most innovative and powerful intelligent process automation tools on the market, Ayehu is enjoying increasing mindshare and being recognized by industry analysts. To us, this is evidenced by the two most recent mentions in two different Gartner reports.

Gartner’s Hype Cycle for Application Services, 2020[1] states “multiple advances in technologies are driving rapid evolution of application services, delivering new offerings and quality improvements. Track the evolution of offerings covered here to make informed investment decisions including the impact of COVID-19 for an optimal services sourcing strategy.” Ayehu is proud to be named in this report.

Support Both IT and Business Consumer Needs with Knowledge Management Practices[2] is a research report about the Knowledge Management space which names Ayehu as one of the Sample Vendors applying AI/NLP to create and federate knowledge.

In addition to the Gartner recognition,  Zinnov recently listed Ayehu in their “Leadership Zone” in the “Zinnov Zones for Hyper Intelligent Automation – 2020,” and Forrester will be featuring Ayehu in an upcoming report on chatbots entitled “Now Tech Chatbots for IT Operations, Q3 2020.”

In our opinion, it is becoming abundantly clear that, as a young, innovative startup, Ayehu is in a far better position than legacy automation vendors, but is actually in a much better position to help organizations achieve their long-term business goals. Why? Because, Ayehu is lighter and more agile. This enables us to make rapid progress, iterate quickly and pivot on a dime, which in turn helps our customers achieve the agility, performance optimization, cost savings and resilience they need to compete in the digital age.
