Active Directory Unlock Account

Ayehu NG lets you unlock Active Directory accounts remotely by email, SMS,
phone call or through its self-service portal

Use Case:

An authorized user sends an email or text message (SMS) to Ayehu NGcontaining the word ‘unlock’ together with the user name.
This email / SMS triggers the Ayehu NG automated workflow, which first requests an email approval from an Admin (optional), and then automatically unlocks the Active Directory account and sends the user notification about his case.
