Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer required to join AyehuAyehu (Tel Aviv)is seeking an engineer to join its support force. As part of our team, you will use provide technical and network problem resolution to customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Primary responsibilities

  • Deliver service and support to end-users using phone, email and online chat
  • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Follow standard support processes and procedures
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
  • Redirect issues and record call and emails using a designated tracking software
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Requirements (Must Have)

  • BS degree in computer science, statistics or equivalent – advanced degree a plus
  • Hands on Servers (Windows, Linux), SQL and database knowledge (SQL queries), System (Physical/Virtual), Networking, IT and Security tools
  • Excellent communications skills, in person, on the phone and in writing. Strong public speaking skills (English must)
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
